Today you only need a computer and an internet connection for remote work (hello, coffee shops). According to a new study, employees who can work from any location are generally more satisfied than those working in the field in an office. [September 24, 2009] Video conferencing company Owl Labs released its report on the status of remote work in 2019. They interviewed 1202 full-time workers aged 22 to 65 in the US and found that 62 percent of respondents were at least partially remote and 38 percent worked on site. Forty-nine percent of remote employees worked full-time remotely.
