Well, readers, in a very shocking turn of events, it turns out that we are can actually have nice things. Universal Studios Japan is giving fans a glimpse into the Super Nintendo World theme park, which will debut next spring and will open the absolutely adorable Mario Store and Cafe on October 16. That message is almost enough to forget that Mario is canon (and disturbingly) 24 years old.

Called that “the world’s first Mario Cafe & Store “ The store is located on Osaka Theme Park’s Hollywood Street and is decked out with blocks, mushrooms and even a really long line, USJ announced on Wednesday. More importantly, the store also has pretty much everything a Nintendo fan could possibly want to drown out the pain of the past eight months with sugary snacks and nostalgic merchandise.
